The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The breakfast area was clean and organized neatly. They changed our linen on our bed without asking. The hotel is in a very nice and convenient area. The only thing I would change would be the money they hold on your card for the stay.

A coworker turned me on to the Country Inn and Suites chain. I've stayed at four of these hotels in different areas and have not been disappointed yet. The staff was friendly. Check in went smoothly even though I didn't arrive until very late. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was a little hard but the linens were very nice.

The staff is wonderful. They are genuinely focused on meeting your needs. Unfortunately the hotel itself does not match the staffs service level. The wireless system is very bad. The service in the rooms is spotty. The breakfast offerings need to be reviewed and enhanced. Good location but hard to overcome basic service issues.
