This former Holiday Inn has seen better days, but don't let that put you off. Given the price and location, it is a deal. I felt safe and sound, and it was clean. Wireless is free and easy to get on. I can't imagine why anyone would be nervous staying here (review below). Very good neighborhood, you access rooms through the lobby (not direct from parking lot), there's a Hyatt directly across the street (twice as expensive).
