We have never traveled with a pet before and were nervous about condition of a "pet friendly" room. The room we were given we were told was newly renovated. Really no complaints, just no bells or whistles. The rooms are dated even though the sign states they were recently renovated. Our shower tiles had a hole around the knobs; the beds had no give and the fixtures were old. But we had a good night's sleep and a bagel for breakfast. That's all we were looking for.

As other eviewra note it's newly-renovated and it is an excellent value. It's a small motel so that just means less guests and traffic to deal with. There is a Mexican restaurant right next door though I didn't eat there. If you're heading north on 75 and thinking of staying in Valdosta, consider making it in to Tifton.

Arrived late in evening en route from the Keys to home in Indiana. I called when we were 30 minutes away, was quoted a rate of $55, plus 10 for our dog. Hotel is newly renovated. Clean, but not fancy. Perfect for the overnight travel stop. Free breakfast, but very limited. Nice TV. Request to stay on east side of hotel, away from the interstate. Did not see a pool. Many food choices at that exit.
