This place booked 8 rooms for a wedding party and took deposits. A few weeks later, they began calling everyone to say the rate had gone up. They said contracts are made to be broken. Don't trust them.

Keep in mind that your not in Miami or Atlanta at a 4 star motel and this will be just fine. Each room has a different scheme and all are nice. A little pricey but real close to pier and all Tybee Island has to offer.

Last minute booking. Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly. This place could have been excellent place if they borrowed money from bank and renovated. Carpet is old, woods are aging.
