The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, lighting outside needs to be upgraded a little so its easier to find it at night. The pull out sofa mattresses really need to be upgraded. We found the resort to be a perfect base for day trips. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. The rooms all have an inside corridor access. Nice location, very proximal to Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. Good recreation facilities, Studios need upgrading especially regarding ventilation. Service and room extras that are usually provided in most time-shares were limited.
