I stayed here for a few days of business meeting. Nice place to stay, convenient to both downtown and the greenbelt trail for a run or bike and very friendly and accommodating staff. They offer a wonderful fitness room. The only issue I had was my broken shower drain. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for business. The only big complain is the internet in the conference rooms was very very slow or didn't work at all. This is a beautiful Hotel! All of the staff from the front desk clerks to the concierges, shuttle driver, servers in the restaurant, houskeeping staff and even the maintenance man were extremly friendly and helpful if you needed them. Stayed here recently for 3 nights. It was a very good standard clean hotel in a good location for exploring Boise on foot, or by car. The desk staff were very helpful with local knowledge etc. The breakfast service was good with a reasonable menu. The room was large and had everything you need to a high standard.
