I stayed there on a week day and was the only customer on my floor. Although I am not much for vintage stuff, I still enjoyed the decoration. It is a Bed Breakfast that was turned into a regular hotel so my bedroom was small but there is also a big family TV room. The room was super clean. There were... More

I love to visit the bar and restuarant portion of this Inn. They have a great selection of wines, at really good prices, and the appetizers are always delicious. They even play live music on some days. I would def stay here just to have access to the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greenbriar Inn. It is upstairs from the 315 Martini & Tapas Restaurant (which is a little pricing, but absolutely amazing food!). We were on the third floor (top floor) in Room #4. I think this must be the best room in the house It as a great front window that looks out on... More

This was my second stay here at the Greenbriar Inn. I love the charm of this old Victorian house. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner listening to a live guitar player. We soaked in the hot tub and totally enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Kris for all your hospitality.

On a recent trip to NW Montana and Northern Idaho, we had only one night in Coeur D'Alene, ID, so wanted to stay in a really great place. After researching our options, we chose the Greenbriar Inn and were not disappointed. Our room was spacious, with a separate area (where the tv and two comfy chairs were located) between the... More

What a perfect first family vacation! We were skeptical bringing our 10 month old to a quaint, historical B&B--but were pleasantly surprised, as this experience has far exceeded our expectations. Our 3.5 hour road trip to Couer-d'Alene became a 7 hour nightmare as we ventured to nicer weather with the rest of Seattle. Long story short, we arrived well past... More

Our stay was lovely in this old house located just a few blocks walk to the pier and shops. Room 4 is spacious with a very comfortable bed and is located up several deliciously creaky flights of stairs on the top floor. In the closet, which doubles as the loo, you will find extra down pillows. I would note that... More

I was excited to take my wife on a birthday vacation week. Since we love to explore new places and stay in B&B's I chose Coeur d' Alene and the Greenbriar Inn, though mostly because they had availability and I was booking late. Immediately you will notice that this is a beautiful old house, well landscaped, with a very nice... More

What a lovely old home with a great history! Chris welcomed us, after a long day of travel with a complimentary bottle of wine (included in our overnight package), our room was spacious and comfortable, spotless & attractive in every respect. Although we were not able to dine in their downstairs dining room since it is closed on Mondays, she... More

This is not a typical B&B. I read previous reviews and so knew what not to expect from breakfast but with a restaurant like 315 Tappas, who cares! Lucky for us, it was Mother's day weekend so we were able to enjoy their brunch. Location is great because it is walking distance to downtown. The restaurant has 5 star food... More
