Thank you for your feedback. I want to apologize for your experience not being what it should have been. We did indeed have problems with a bad batch of keycards and have remedied that issue. “Won't be back”

The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming off during the night. The blanket had holes in it and the pillows were very small. It was a King sized bed, the pillows should have been king also. They messed up our reservation, but did credit us half price for the room.

“Great place in McCall”

Nice rooms and ammenities. The front desk provided exceptional service, upgrading our room from two beds to three at no charge. Location, pool, spa, and breakfast were bonuses. Excellent value.
