Just off I-90 close to Spokane to the west and CDA to the east, this hotel is a bit isolated from the rest of Post Falls. Most of the room had been recently renovated with the exception of the washroom which needed a few repairs. Our room lacked a dead-bolt lock and was against the stairway making it quite loud...

First, let me state that the staff was either rude, incompetent, invisible, or a combination of the former two.
The most important thing to note is that if you do not enjoy the smell of cigarettes, animals and their waste, you should stay elsewhere. Each morning, the cleaning staff opened the doors of the rooms that were unoccupied, to ventilate...

We stayed here with other members of our family, total of 4 rooms. I felt the value received was not very good. The motel is on a fairly busy street backed up to an Interstate, surprisingly noise was not bad. The only restaurant with in walking distance is a DQ and it is across the street and down 1/4 mile...
