The rooms were very clean- motel in center of small downtown.
Wish I was going back soon. Absolutely perfect. Managers were super friendly. Room was spotless. Very large room. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. Was in the area to ski at Lookout Pass.
We didn't end up staying here, fortunately the "sister property" had a room available for an additional $20 so we were saved from this black hole. The Stardust is a fairly older motel. With that said, it is dirty, dark, dusty, and basically the bottem end of a nights' stay. The staff were courteous and professional, but I just couldn't...

I got snowed in November 2011 and wanted a clean, safe place to rest my head. The motel is a bit dated but it was immaculate! That's hard to find and the price was right. They had wireless internet and a restaurant right around the corner. The managers were very friendly and I had a great nights sleep.
Stayed at the Stardust again last Friday and Saturday night. They are all now non-smoking rooms and their free internet service has been significantly upgraded. Great value for a no-frills stay over.
Lodging choices on or near the I90 corridor in Idaho are limited. Especially if you are hoping to keep the bill in the two digit range. But Stardust fills that role. I took one look at the room and turned around and left. The motel is OLD and dirty. I wouldn't walk on the carpet.
My Room was very clean and comfortable and the people at the front desk were so very sweet. The price was very reasonable and the pet fee was only $15.00. I ate at a nearby bar and grill that the clerk at the motel told me about called "THE 1313", and it was great. This is an adorable little historic...

In reading the other reviews here, I was nervous about booking a room at the Stardust, but after reading decent reviews elsewhere, I figured it was just the super-picky nature of many of the TripAdvisor participants that gave this motel many low marks.
We arrived in town just after 11am, the office was open, and the gal at check-in was...

This is a quaint little motel - you feel like you 're walking into a motel in the '50's or '60's upon appearance (and that is NOT meant in a bad way - just truthful.) Older, but very clean. Rates are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. We happened upon the Stardust Motel on a trip through Wallace....
