Loved the architectural design. Wished there were more choices on-site for dining, but there are many good places nearby. Spa was closed, but set to reopen soon. Biggest disappointment was the shower curtain rod fell and after 4 calls to front desk between 11a-1130p on Saturday, it was never fixed.

What a nice Hilton with a very nice golf course, but the maintenance of the golf course is not up to the standard that Hilton Hotel should provide and my money spent expects to receive! Sorry for the Average Review but the golf course needs to be brought up to the Hilton standard.

Not a great stay. Overall, I feel like the hotel needs a major facelift. It felt extremely worn down, and a bit depressing. Not enough outdoor lighting /signage at night-time, and as a result I went to the wrong building to check in first, and had to walk over to the hotel, which wasn't fun in the rain. There was... More

The staff were great. The scenery was awesome. I wish that I could have stayed longer to enjoy the indoor pool-it had a slide. It also had a putt putt area for the kids. Breakfast was yummers. I hope to go back soon.

The rooms on the outer side of the resort leak water- they have serious structural problems with this building from the 1970s. Every time it rains, expect those outside rooms to be wet at least three feet from the windows. It's actually unbelievable. The inside rooms don't leak but they face the atrium, a bad design idea in the first... More

Maintenance is nonexistant, the hotel is in desparate need of refurbishment, the heating/AC is impposibley noisy and the hallways are noisy 24/7. The location is bad. Nothing is located conveniently. The halls are zig zagged and you have to walk a mile to get anywhere

Not a lot of attention to detail. Noise problems during the stay. This property is very spread out and you have a lot of walking to do wherever you go. The feel of the hotel is very resort like minus the beach.

I've stayed at Hilton Indian Lakes several times, but this must be the first time I've been in a room that didn't overlook the atrium. I was appalled when I opened the drapes in the morning and saw the rust and bubbling paint at the windows! I realize that the resort is planning a major renovation and can only hope... More

Stay started off with being given the wrong room key, which set the tone. I have stayed at this hotel before as a Diamond a few times and never received an upgrade, so I decided to pay for the Pure room. The air freshener was nice, but it seemed like all they did was slap that in the room and... More

Wow, certainly a unique property for Hilton! This place was likely a pretty modern resort in the 1960's with a very "Frank Lloyd Wright-esque" design. A lot of concrete and stone, very outdated appearance but still clean and kind of cool. It is situated on a golf course with a club house, indoor and outdoor pool, volleyball courts, and a... More
