I love staying at Hampton Inn's. They are consistently clean with good service. The beds are comfortable and the linens always fresh. I always search out a Hampton Inn first, then move to something else, if needed. This Hampton is consistently clean with very friendly staff.

While the location and accessibility is good, the hotel itself is not up to the standards of other Hamptons I've stayed in. Needs updating, new carpet, paint, furniture. The elevator is loud, could hear doors closing all night and morning, people walking in the hall.

We were visiting our daughter and new grandson at a hospital near Bourbonnais and this was just a few miles north. Rooms are a little smaller than other Hampton's I've stay at. No real complaints, but nothing to really rave about. It is just across the parking from a fairly nice mall and plenty of local and chain restaurants near by-some within walking distance. Flat Screens with Direct TV, limited premium channels though.
