Old fashioned motor court, clean rooms, kitchenette, park at your door, and so close to everything, where you can walk to. Came in on Amtrak, so easy to go to. Friendly people in charge. We would go there on our next trip to university.

Clean, comfortable and inexpensive. The owner is very nice and accomodating. This is an older property so if you require a pool, exercise room, etc you will need to look elsewhere. On the other hand if what you want is a place to stay in Carbondale at a reasonable place this is a good choice.
