My husband and I stayed in one of the cabins for two nights (Saturday and Sunday). Yes, you can hear some noises from the other attached cabin, but we really weren't bothered. Could hear some footsteps and doors closing, but no big deal. The cabin we stayed in was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting... More

I was there on a Wednesday Night, it was a nice place, yes you could hear some of the noise next door but It didn't bother us. The view of the Ohio River was awesome. We ordered food and got within the time frame, and it tastes good. I felt it was well worth the money to stay. I went... More

We loved the room which included 2 beds, dining table, fridge, couch and TV. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the river traffic and enjoy sunrise and sunsets. This would be ideal room if you are lucky enough to be there and nobody has rented the other side of the duplex. You could hear every word... More

Incredible views of the Ohio River region from private porch. Clean quaint duplex, could hear people talking on other side at times. Good food at small lodge restaurant, more of a small diner. Family-run, friendly, but small. Don't plan on a group seating for dinner. Good for small groups, 4-6 people. Small playground. Excellent setting for hiking and exploring. Friendly... More

Let me just tell you we had a family reunion in the Cave In Rock State Park and it was fine, the duplex cabins are nice with a beautiful view. However I Cannot Expess Enough Do Not Eat I Repeat Do Not eat in this lodge. It was the worst service I had in 55 years on this earth. They... More

We came down for a wedding and stayed Thursday and Friday. The lodge seems busy on weekends. Thursday was awesome because nobody was beside us in the other side of the duplex. I think we may have been one of the only people renting at all on Thursday and it was quiet and peaceful. I initially thought that I would... More

Yes, the walls are indeed tissue paper thin, but that's really the only drawback. The rooms are really suites, U-shaped, and very clean, with one half being the complete modern kitchen, along with a dining and living room area, and the other half the bedroom and bath, all very spacious, clean, modern, and cheery. Parking lot is in front, and... More

We stayed at the lodge in a comfortable room. The only complaint we had was the noise from the neighbors. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYthing from next door. It is almost like your are sharing the room. This one fact will keep us from going back. The food at the lodge is all fried as... More

We spent 2 nights at a cabin in the Cave-In-Rock state park, and had a great time. It was our first trip to the area. It is off of the beaten path, but not really a long drive from the Nashville area. There is a free ferry in town that takes you across the river to Kentucky, where you can... More

We stayed one night in a room at the State Park. It was really one side of a "duplex." Our room was huge...and we enjoyed a large wrap-around deck which over-looked the Ohio River. The satellite dish offerd tons of programming, but there are no phones in the rooms. The weather was fantastic so we really enjoyed our stay and... More
