what a great gem of a hotel. Easy check-in, great valet parking, very nice and informed front desk, clean room (we had a suite, which was fabulous) and right across the street from RPM, a great new resturant. reasonably priced too. I also liked that this hotel has a zero tolerance rule for noise and parties in the room.

This was a great hotel! The staff were very friendly. This location was great and is close to many different things. The breakfast could have been a bit warmer/hotter in the mornings, but overall this was FANTASTIC. I would definetely stay again.

Great helpful staff, wonderful room at back of hotel - didn't hear any noise from street.. Reasonable rates - great experience - close to all things happening. The breakfast buffet was stellar. I certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.
