The Palmer House is large, lavish, and luxurious! It's centrally located and well appointed. The concierge service is outstanding. We were lucky enough to be granted access to the executive floors where wonderful continental breakfasts and cocktails / snacks are available. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

A beautiful historic property not to be missed. Stayed on 22nd floor, king room. The Palmer House is an institution in Chicago, and still deserves a place in the top tier of hotels.
