The Four Seasons Chicago never disappoints and is my favorite place to stay in the Windy City. They take the time to attend to every detail of my stay. If you have the means, don't stay anywhere else while visiting Chicago. The Four Seasons Chicago is the best accommodation offering in the city. The views from the rooms are incredible. The service is unmatched anywhere else. Everything from the beds to the furnishings to the bathrooms is luxurious. They miss nothing here.

Excellent property in a great location. Staff went out of the way to make my stay memorable!

My only disappointment was that I didn't have more time to enjoy the spa and restaurants as I was in meetings all day/night. The concierge was excellent and the entire staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, and well appointed.

Bed and chair were comfortable, desk was spacious for getting work done, bathroom was luxurious, plenty of closet space, free shoe shine service, and everyone was super nice with great service. The hotel is very nice and has been redone even though it is an older property. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and it was clear they wanted to make my staff very good. Someone had smoked in my room (non-smoking rm) and I told the front desk because I didn't want to get charged for smoking in the room.... More
