We stayed three nights after finishing Route 66. The rooms are fabulous spotlessly clean great views and comfortable beds. Staff are attentive and very helpful nothing seems too much trouble. Location is fabulous just 2 minutes from Magnificent Mile wonderful roof top bar with great food ,views and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago
What a great find. Inexpensive, great oversized trendy room, nice view, amazing rooftop bar. Bartender (Manny with a "v") has been there for 25 years and has great stories. 1/2 block from Michigan Ave and next door to famous pizzaria. Next stay will not be by accident.
Between the time I made the reservation (at the Affinia) and we arrived in Chicago, the hotel had switched owners and became MileNorth. They honored our reservation with its Celebrate Chicago package -- free Navy Pier rides, Garrett's popcorn tin, $10 bus card, etc. Super nice staff, from the doorman who greets you and takes your luggage from the taxi...

Arrived after a long flight to find they didn't have a record of our reservation. The lady on reception was very helpful and between herself and the manager the matter was rectified and they kept us informed as to what was happening throughout - they even sent some complimentary cakes to our room which we thought was a nice touch....

They made sure we loved our room, our limo was on time, our drinks on the roof top was perfect. We had a junior suite which was very spacious for Chicago. Very clean,...

Great location, just off the magnificent mile and next to Gino's East Pizza. We had a junior suite which meant we had a sitting room. This meant that we had a large room with large windows and nice views. The afternoon snack in the lobby was very nice. The reception was very friendly and accommodating, especially since we arrrived before...

We had an adventure staying at The Affinia April 30th-May 3rd, while observing its smooth changeover to the Mile North Hotel. Our 17th floor contemporary room with a wall to wall window overlooking the front of the hotel, faced south down St. Clair St. It was a great location, just 1 block from Neiman Marcus on Michigan Avenue on the...

The Affinia is an extremely nice hotel, though I was lucky to get a good deal on it ($170/night). The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are large, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. Because it is in the centre of town there is some street noise (Chicago seems like a particularly loud...
