How a hotel can be considered a 4 star and not be able to provide heat is beyond me. Our room was cold and when I contacted maintenance, they were apologetic, but said that once outside temperatures passed 50, the heat was turned off. Systems do not allow heat and cooling at the same time. Won't return.
