Rooms are huge with great view and the location is great, middle on everything. Excellent for city trips. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Downstair staff was very friendly. We had everything what we needed in the room (washing machine, cooking facilities...) I can highly recommend Bridgestreet for everybody.

The service here by the staff was great. It is centrally located and close to lot's of restaurants. Local market is walking distance. Rooms had a great view and very clean. Do get a train daily or weekly train pass, it will get you anywhere.

My friends and I stay here for two nights and could not be happier with the place. We were on the 26th floor with beautiful city views. Everything we needed was included. It was very secure with a key fob needed to enter the elevators. I would highly recommend Bridgestreet for anyone.

Located in the heart of downtown Chicago. Five minute walk from the Magnificent Mile. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, hotels. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Views were superb.Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Step out of the building and you had convenience stores to buy basics like milk. Staff was professional and friendly.
