The Conrad Hotel is a truly luxurious hotel. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The hotel is a complete home run. The hotel costs more but is worth it if you feel you can afford it.

This hotel is very convenient, and is located in the heart of Chicago, just steps from the Magnificent Mile. Our standard city view room was great, and the staff was also very helpful. I would definitely return to Conrad Chicago.

Really enjoyed the hotel - excellent service. Keeps you right in the heart of the action, attached to a nice mall, which gives you access right on Michigan Ave. Walking distance to all major chicago landmarks - would definitely stay here again.

Located just north of the Chicago River on Michigan Avenue. Can walk, or a short cab ride, to any place in the Loop. The rooms are comfortable and include all the amentities you could desire. Almost everything is perfect here : rooms, breakfast, service. So I wish they would improve the bathrooms and especially fix the shower door. For years, this has been the same.
