Pleasently surprised by the very friendly staff. Very helpful info for how to get around on foot. Great location for the must-sees. Go right out of the hotel and it is a 5 min. Walk to art museum. Starbucks and pub on premise, Potbellys next door. An overall great experience!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Our room was $125, which is half the price of the other hotels we were considering. The room was small but very clean and stylish. The location is excellent, and the staff very helpful. This is a great bargain for the money; I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here w/o 26th April. Great location, friendly people and clean rooms. Restaurant next door is great too. Very reasonably priced.

Great location close to the (Sears) Willis Tower....They supply free printing/internet service downtown and they also have free water, fruit and cucumber water in the basement.. Location is great. The rooms are small but for the value it is a good place to stay especially for a biz trip.

Was not expecting much from this hotel upon reservation. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was great. We will for sure stay here again.
