The people who work here are very nice, the lobby is very hip/fun, the bedding/linens are comfy, toiletries are better than most, but rooms themselves need an update. The hotel has such a wonderful vibe and it follows through to the room design (the bathroom has shutters which open out and afford spacious views) and the hotel staff.
