My go to hotel in Chicago, the Sofitel provides it all, except a pool. Great staff,super comfortable beds, location,location, location. My only peeve on this trip was paying the most ever for a room (yes there was a convention in town), but having to wait for my room till the designated 3PM check in time.

The rooms are big and comfortobale, the bar is very nice with excellent service, concierge is absolutely excellent and very knowledgable. The hotel is near the magnificent mile and in walking distance of many attractions

Last fall we stayed at the Sofitel in Washington. We found the room and restaurant to be superior to the Sofitel in Chicago. The service at both hotels was very good. The room in Chicago was small and the restaurants menu was limited and over priced.

This really is an excellent hotel! It is clean, perfect location, easy to access, close to attractions. The curb service and bellmen are awesome - definitely made us feel welcome and cared for. My first time at the Sofitel. I took my son and a friend for a Bulls game. The hotel is fantastic. Great, attentive staff. Very nice rooms. And the location is perfect. 3 blocks from Water Tower Place and 4 blocks from the Rush Street bars. Highly recommended.
