My family and I stayed there for five days and four nights, the staff was great, and very helpful on how togo places and where togo and also in helping pick us up from airport, taking us to the car rental, or anywhere else we needed to go.
Rooms were clean. Some trouble with the toilet flushing. Staff is very helpful in assisting you where you want to go or with anything else We would return.

the staff was very friendly and helped plan our outings using public transportation. they even drove us a few blocks to the train. it's not in a very nice neighborhood though.
it was only 1 stop from the midway airport and not even 1 block from the "el" to go to downtown chicago. able to purchase the day pass at the front desk.
breakfast was very ample.

Do not be fooled by the first impression when driving by - The rooms are clean, all the personnel are very friendly, helpful and accomodating & the breakfast was excellent. Not the Ritz, but a great value in Chicago.
Based on our experience last March, we looked forward to staying here again. Every person on the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was satisfying.
