This hostel is brand new and modern with great facilities and a really cool interior. The staff are very friendly. It is in a nice area of Chicago with lots of cool little restaurants/bars etc. The only con is the 3 flights of VERY steep stairs to get in and out and no lift.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the kitchen was well stocked - even with a dishwasher! And the location was a bustling trendy/artsy part of town close to a train station. Great experience at Urban Holiday, they have a huge loft with a pool table. I went where on not a very busy day so I had not issue dealing with a crowded place. A lot of outer noises, tough but I think that is something of Chicago since I heard and saw a very large amount ambulances and firetrucks everywhere... More

fantastic..I stayed there the first weekend they were open..and the service was flawless, the staff was just amazing handling all of the little glitches that came with only being open a few days with ease ..the bed was clean and comfortable..I have definitely found my new go-to place when going to chicago
