Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the high ceilings. Wonderful breakfast to start the day. Yes, we would stay again.

Great service--front desk person came down to greet us because he noted when we were coming in. Rooms clean and comfortable, but a little noisy. Location very convenient to theaters, Art Institute and mag mile. Parking fee is steep--$42 per night. Overall a very nice experience.

This hotel was excellent! The staff was super friendly, especially with directions and advice on where to go for food and drinks, and what sites to see! The location is great, we walked everywhere! The room was comfy and clean. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!

Very unique Hampton Inn in an excellent location. Close enough to walk to the Field Museum & Shedd Aquarium and then you can walk in the opposite direction to the Willis Tower. Stayed here on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. Great location - everything we wanted was pretty much within walking distance.
