Reasonably priced hotel in a decent neighborhood. Close to the Red Line L stop, buses, and a nice walk to the Willis Tower. Rooms are somewhat small but clean. Staff was cool. Considering how pricey hotel rooms can be downtown, and the amount of time I actually spent in the room, it was a great deal.

Rooms have dated decor and dirty windows but include safe, free wi- fi and coffee maker. Lots of noise from outside, mainly due to close proximity to L subway line. Housekeeping comes at random times, sometimes 10pm, sometimes 5.30pm. Good value for money overall.

I am at 430 am because my back is killing me from this horrible bed and pillow. Also, air conditioner does not work and the room is very stuffy. TV did not work the first night Free WiFi one night you can survive after the third night you will wish you stayed elsewhere.
