The Hilton Chicago is worth every penny paid. My wife and I usually stay with the Hilton family chain because of the service commitment we have come to expect and the Hilton Chicago does not fall short; in fact, they go way beyond at this property. Every request is met with a smile and a thorough follow up. From check... More

Stayed many times and some standards seem to be slipping. Pool area was dirty, wi fi was terrible in the room, elevators needed vacuumed out. Other than that, still an outstanding hotel to stay in, highly recommended. The staff are brilliant!

The hotel is massive, and the lobby is nonstop action; however, getting to your room is never a problem, since the elevators are very efficient. The room, while small, was the first one in ages that I did not hear anything from my neighbors! Being in the city you hear a bit of the street noise, but obviously the insulation... More

Historic and pricey building with smallish rooms that are clean and somewhat noisy. Our interior room had no view (another brick wall) but we weren't there for the view. Interactive in-room computer requires $$ to operate and there are fees for WiFi. Bathrooms are very small, could use some updating and our fixtures needed repair. Great public spaces and services.... My husband and I stayed here overnight while in the city celebrating his birthday. The staff were great and very helpful and nice. The room (we upgraded to a junior suite) was just okay but you can tell it's a little dated and needs some updating. We had a view of the lake and the museum campus, which was really... More

My review for the Chicago Hilton isn't bad, but I would just warn any would be travelers to manage their expectations. First off, the positives are that the lake views are gorgeous, the ballrooms and public spaces are also gorgeous and you feel like you're stepping into a party in the age of Al Capone. However, with the glamour of... More

My co-workers and I went to Chicago for the International Reading Convention. When we got their the Windy City was living up to its name. It was very windy and cold when we arrived in Chicago. We stayed in the Hilton Hotel on Michigan Street, which is the Main street of Chicago. This seem to be the largest hotel on... More

This hotel was very nice. It's in a great location, not very hard to get to, and is gorgeous! My only complaint is that parking is very pricey ($45 per night for self parking) although I suppose that is to be expected in a large city

This is an historic hotel in a great location on Michigan Ave (close to the Magnificent Mile, convention centre, restaurants). The public spaces are gorgeous but the rooms are nothing fancy (on the small side, could benefit from some renovations, no safe or refrigerator). Another thing to consider is that there are numerous things that are not included in the... More
