Stayed here for 4 nights. Great rooms. Lush !! Love it. Amazing breakfasts. Great gym. Wonderful views from the hotel. It's a huge hotel. Very busy but does not feel busy. Rooms were very spacious. Big comfy beds. Modern look and feel. Would stay again.

A huge property (2000+) rooms designed for convention travelers who don't have any say in their accommodations. Very small room with out of date furnishings. My first experience of kiosk check in and out. Kind of weird! We didn't have room darkening curtains and went to the desk. They gave us a different room with no problem. The location was perfect for walks to Millennium Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, too.
