We have stayed here several times. You can often times get it on Priceline for $60-$70. Very nice rooms with great views. The place has a fun atmosphere especially in Big Bar upstairs. It's very close to Michigan ave and public transport. The parking is outrageous though. I park at Navy Pier and walk back.

I decided to stay at the Hyatt for a nice weekend out in the city and i couldn't ask for anything more. The hotel is stunning and the employees were spectacular. Nataly checked me in such courtesy. I felt welcomed the moment i walked in. My room was in 2410 and the view was amazing, perfect scenery of Lake Michigan.
