Found the hotel to be very clean, staff quite friendly and well situated. Only complaint is the charge for in room Internet service. Why every mid price brand hotel gives service for free and upscale hotels persist on charging for something that is a necessity and not luxury is Rediculous!

The hotel is awful. The rooms are old. The walls dirty, the carpeting and all soft goods need to be replaced. All hard goods need rplacing, too. The bathroom too small and the shower did not work properly. They do not have a breakfast spot so your only option is room service-great option for business travelers....pls send up some coffee... I enjoy staying at this hotel every time I'm in Chicago. I always have a clean & neat room regardless. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The Hotel is located well in Chicago, but that is the only good thing. The service in the frontdesk was bad, there is no breakfast, no free wi-fi in the rooms, the gym was a joke, my shower was not working and there was no worm water. The laundry service was not working.....so not a nice hotel!

This hotel is a "dump". Rooms are designed like hotel rooms from 50-60 years ago. Everything is worn out; except the TV. Carpet had a huge wet area. Bedroom lighting was broken.
