Perfectly located hotel to take in all that Chicago has to offer. Nice huge room on 10th floor, nice extras like the Kuerig coffee maker. All in all a great place to stay with reasonable rates in the heart of Chicago.

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I stayed last August. On the day we stayed it was very hot outside. The elevators they have in the building are tiny so if you are affraid of tight spaces, take the stairs. With that being said, the tiny elevators plus the heat made you sweat in them. That was our only...

I had a wonderful room, a suite actually. Very roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens very nice. I really like that the windows open so I could get fresh air in my room. Everything is well appointed and I look forward to staying again. The location is wonderful - along the Magnificent Mile.

I had purchased a Living Social hotel deal and stayed at the Raffaello in March 2012. It was a very nice hotel, conveniently located right behind the John Hancock building. Our room had a great view and it was nice to have a modern, European look inside. It was very clean with a good, normal sized bathroom. The only problem...

Just returned from 5 days in the Windy City. We had a one bedroom suite so our little boy could go to bed early and we could stay up. The hotel is very clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. The location is great as you are only a few minutes from the start of the shopping area or a...

For a boutique hotel - they had nice sized room. The bed was very comfortable and linens were crisp. Nice towels. There was a shoe buffer in the room. Felt the value for the money was great. Their fitness center , while small did have what you need (treadmills/elliptical etc) and at no charge. The complimentary Keurig coffee in the...

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend as part of a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party. We booked a suite and a regular room w/ 2 double beds. The suite was nice, as it had a bed, a pull out sofa and a murphy bed and tons of room for a bunch of girls to hang...

It had been several years since I had stayed here and I was pleased with the remodel and updates. The room was completely refurbished with new comfortable amenities. The shower was very nice. I love the quiet location just off the Mag Mile. Very convenient to everything. Front end service was fast and efficient.
We just stayed for four nights at this boutique hotel, located a mere block from Mag Mile, next to the Hancock Observatory, the Water Tower Place, Museum of contemporary Art, and more! It was great because we were in a quiet but central location. The rooms are spacious- our four yr old and teen had plenty of space and appreciated...

In Chicago for business and I just checked in and I really wish i would have read the reviews before buying the Living Social "deal". This place is pretty shabby. Although I bought the "deal" expecting a king (like it says on the voucher) and requested one upon booking i still was only offered a double. I have a feeling...
