Great location. Good property. Staff is very hospitable. Nice lounge for Marriott Rewards premium customers. If you can snag a good rate, this is a dependable, comfortable place to stay. It's a solid choice, but it doesn't say "luxury." It says "good business hotel."

I stay here generally once a year as part of a meeting. Rooms are good size, staff friendly and helpful. Great location for the heart of Chicago. To me, the exercise facilities are not up to the level of the rest of the hotel.
