Really nice hotel, central and close to transport links. Free coffee and cookies in reception area, biggest highlight has been the extremely friendly staff though, everybody goes out of thror way to help and does it with a smile on their face - great service, we would definately return!

The Willows is located in Lakeview on a residential street. While it is an older hotel, the rooms were clean and bathrooms updated. The staff went out of their way to help. Don't expect high luxury, but it was very nice and great value.
