Great hotel starting with smiling happy front desk staff. Large comfortable room,clean roomy bathroom and great coffee in our room. Our room was on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. The restaurant was good and fast to deliver our order. The hotel was fully booked but we never felt crowded even in the main lobby.

This is not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination but what is has is location. A stone's throw to shopping, restaurants and museums and a 5 minute walk from the magnificent mile. The room was beautiful inside. The only thing we missed having that we are accustomed to when traveling were a microwave and free internet access. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Yet another place where I wish I could stay longer - but this hotel is great, lovely staff - was advised to take the Architecture tour on the river and it was well worth it. The room was very good and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice...guy at checkin was friendly and indulged me a room on a higher floor after he fully disclosed that there was work going on outside on the facia...but I would be out every day at a seminar which was fine - thankful for the full disclosure.
