Staff very helpful. Great location. Clean rooms. I needed directions and guidance on a couple of occasions and the front desk personnel we're very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a big plus! Located right down the street from the Navy pier. Walking distance is just right, and provides you an opportunity to walk off your lunch or dinner.

The building itself is constructed to be very soundproof, so the rooms are quiet. The upper floor views are stunning. And the front desk is exemplary in its friendliness. Above all, the hotel is perfectly located, between Millennium Park and the Near North.
