Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Its in a great location in the city for dining out and nightlife. The staff is extremely helpful. The room is more than sufficient and the beds and pillows are very comfy. They provided me with more than enough towels and also bathroom toiletries.

Doorman provided a bag with tourist publications upon check-in. Front desk attendants were pleasant, polite & helpful. Received printed directions for getting to the red line for travel to Wrigley Field (subway is only a block and a half away- 15 minutes and you're at the famed stadium). This hotel is excellent for its location. Right at the heart of the Magnificient mile although in a by-lane which means that you are saved from the hustle bustle and the noise but you are right at the centre of the action with a minute's walk. Apart from location everything else was pretty usual one would expect from the Marriott.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right downtown within walking distance to everything. Very nice, clean rooms. Friendly, very helpful staff. Pool was very crowded, but went on spring break, so lots of kids. Wound stay here again.

Hotel has great service...staff is helpful and friendly. It is a typical Courtyard....Rooms were very clean...a bit smaller than other rooms. The location is good, however for almost the same price I think the full service Marriott on Michigan Avenue would have been a better choice. THe rooms were EXTREMELY noisy. Excellant location, across the street from Shaw's seafood restaurant and very close to Nordstroms. Nice breakfast place and bar for after dinner drinks. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Also went on a great tour, architecture boat tour.
