Downtown !! Great to walk around, views, etc., but pain to get to and everything is costly, breakfast, parking, etc., Good service seemed spotty (depends on who you get)

we chose the hotel for its proximity to the magnificent mile and were very satisfied with clean, comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant. concierge had great recommendations for activities and were very accommodating with our requests. definitely a recommended hotel choice for the mag mile area

The room had a great layout with both the bedroom and living room areas having access to the bathroom. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was nice(a little cool), but had a great view of the lake. Great price, great location, great space! Two room suite has two large flat screen tv's, refrigerator, microwave, and separate living and bedroom area. Great location, close to everything and it's great having the extra space. Rooms were clean, well kept, nice having the restaurant in house. Location is easy to walk to everything and the staff was professional and very friendly. I'd stay there again!

You can't beat the locaton, the bus stop to get to the museums is at the corner and it is next door to Water Tower Place. The room was large but a little worn. I loved this hotel. We had a beautiful suite and felt very much at home. The bed was so comfortable that I asked about what type it was at the desk. (It was a Serta Suite Dreams Mattress and Box Spring.) Beautiful 42 inch flat panel TV. My biggest complaint is that there isn't a complimentary breakfast.
