The room was a bit pricey, but it is downtown Chicago. The bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep. On the other hand, my husband complained of traffic noise and our room was on the 12th floor. Staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Chicago.
