What a horrible experience. Maintenance seems to be lacking here. The air conditioner kept switching from heat to cold without changing the thermostat. We stayed at the Doubletree in Collinsville to visit St. Louis. The hotel is strategically located close to St. Louis and everything is nearby. The hotel has nice facilities and is very roomy. The pool is a good size too, and the fitness room is good. Overall it was a very good value for the money.
