We stayed at the Collinsville Motel 6 on our way home because we wanted to stop by the St Louis Arch. This Hotel didn't offer a personal coffepot and extra immenities but the property is very well taken care of and clean. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. This was our... More

We have stayed at the Motel 6 in Collinsville at least twice a year, since well before it was a Motel 6 (used to be a Peartree Inn.) It has always been an acceptable place to stay. The desk clerks are friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff does a very nice job, and management pays attention to what goes on... More

If you know what to expect when going into a Motel 6 you should not be disappointed. Motel 6 offers only the basics. This particular location is older, but very clean. Do not expect personal coffee pots, tissues, shampoo or breakfast because they are not offered there. Most rooms have microwaves and mini fridges. There is no computer in the... More

I spend about three nights per week in hotels traveling nationwide on business. I typically stay at motel 6 whenever one is available because of a modest expense budget. I always check trip advisor to get a heads-up, and after staying at the collinsville motel 6 I was appalled at some of the negative reviews. This property was immaculately clean,... More

I woke up around 1 AM and saw a roach crawling on the wall. I tried to kill it and waited to see more, I counted eight more in the next half hour and tried to kill them. I manage to kill two and left them on the wall for the management to see. I called the desk and they... More

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. This is an average hotel without a lot of perks. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. Free wifi and cable. Don't expect more other than free coffee. You will need to go out for your own newspaper. The beds are comfortable and clean. One year, we arrived to find the carpet... More

My wife and I stayed at the Motel 6 in Collinsville without performing our normal routine of checking TripAdvisor. Boy, we won't make that mistake again! Late at night, we pulled into the Motel 6 off of I-70 in Collinsville, IL. After some difficulty conversing with the night clerk who was not proficient with English, I was surprised at the... More

We stayed at the Motel 6 on the first night of our trip from Chicagoland to Arizona. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is conviently located near the I-55/ I-70 exit and has many places to eat nearby (Denny's is right next door, a Waffle House, Houlihans and Steak N Shake are nearby). The... More

We chose to stay here after a Cardinal game. I have stayed in other Motel 6's and they were nice. This one was nasty. Wallpaper peeling, water staines on the ceiling, toilet ran all night. Floor did not look clean. The room just smelled. I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

We stopped in Collinsville to see the Cahokia Mounds (which are amazing, by the way!). As we looked at a brochure listing hotels in the town, we noticed that this 'Best Western' was the only one with an outdoor pool, so we decided to stay there. When we arrived, we found that the brochure's Best Western, on Ramada Boulevard, was... More
