We stayed here for a week while visiting Dekalb for a wedding. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it. Would stay here again. It's location is ideal.. Close to many restaurants and walkable distance from Northern Illinois University.

I visited my daughter who attends NIU for the weekend. My stay was pleasant and the location is unbeatable. After doing some research on hotels in Dekalb, I learned that no matter where you stay...every single motel in Dekalb is near the railroad. “SICK AND DISGUSTING”

Unbelievable, filthy and someone went through my suitcase! Everything was gross...don't go there...ever!,,,,,the manager stirred the waffle mix . If the company had not prepaid, I would have left. I wiped crumbs out of the bed, so gross.
