Older property & not well maintained.... they NEED TO CLEAN THEIR CARPETS!!! Probably a great place to stay in 1975. Nice lady at the front desk, but overall a very disappointing stay. Surprised they meet Comfort Inns standards...

The staff were at a minimum disinterested in service. The rooms were noisy and the bathrooms were in disarray. Everything about this stay was sub-par. It appears that the hotel is under some type of renovation, so there may be hope for future travelers. However, at this time I could not recommend this establishment in good faith.

The night clerk was surly. When I arrived, I stated my name. He said "License and credit card". He picked a room. I stayed here with one of my bands last year and refused to go back. Slow/confused service upon arrival/check in. A place I wouldn't take my socks off dirty. We went to Edwardsville to visit our daughter who attends SIU-E. When we went to our room it was dirty and the bed unmade. They gave us another room and it was not great.
