Based on the past reviews, this hotel was definitely not my first choice of accommodation but by the time we decide to came to St. Louis, it was to late to get rooms at prime hotels in St. Louis but not surprisingly, this econo lodge had plenty of room open. This hotel is literally drug and prostitution infested. The staff... More

I was initially schedule to stay at this hotel for three nights but decided to check out just after one night of stay. This place has zero safety. Everything and any thing you might have imagine in your wildest dream can happen here. I got a room towards the front of the building. At about 2 AM at night, I... More

We do not condone prostitution here. We make every effort to keep it away from our property. That being said, we also cannot be everywhere at all times, and neither can we control the actions of others. We apologize that you were disturbed, however as we were not notified about the incident, we were subsequently unable to notify the authorites... More

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in past with my family. Jay & Mina have always been very friendly and helpful to us, that makes me wanna come here! But this time the experience was different and a horrible one. I arrived at this hotel just to find out that the management at this property has... More

This is down right the worst hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are not that bad but the location equals to wide west. Guests care were broken in to twice in just five days. A few days ago, one of the guest car broken in to, and after just two days, my cars along with 4 to 5 other... More

We do apologize that vehicles were broken into. It would be our preferance that crime would not occur at all, but unfortunately, even in the "best" locations it does from time to time. We make every effort to prevent this, however we cannot stop all crime. We do hope that you will stay with us in the future, and again... More

I had read reviews for the hotel where guests were suggesting that their cars were broken in to. No doubt, I am the victim of the same incident. My car was broken in to last night. Manager made it seem like, it was the first time. EVEN THE OWNER OF THAT PROPERTY DID NOT CARE MUCH ABOUT MY CAR GETTING... More

The management would again like to offer our apologies for what happened to your vehicle. The front desk clerk on duty had their vehicle broken into as well, so any feeling that you had that he did not care was not the case. While we would prefer to think that this never happens, we do not hide the fact that... More

My wife and I had reservation at this hotel for two nights. The room and the hallway smelled of pure cigarette smoke. DISGUSTING! The front desk clerk was so full of negative attitude. Anyway, night comes and I hear people having sex next to my room. I could clearly hear what they were "saying" to each other. I called up... More

We apologize for the actions of the other guests during your stay and that it negatively impacted your stay with us. We sincerely hope that you... More

The room smelled of mold, and there were bizarre lumps under the carpet that gave when you stepped on them (I don't even want to think what). Wireless internet access did not work in the room; only in the lobby. The TV in the room had no remote. The breakfast selection was poor, and the quality of what was offered... More

Quite little place that had services that you would expect from medium budget hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was quite helpful. My room was clean with a great view of the interstate 270. Locality of the hotel isn't that good however, no doubt that put a up sign at front desk saying "remove portable electronics". Other than... More
