We have stayed at Michaels Swiss Inn twice in the last two years. As the other reviewers have noted the physical plant is a bit dated. However, we have always received great customer service and we love the friendly staff.

Admittedly, there isn't a huge choice of hotels in Highland but I selected the Swiss Inn over others based on a friend's recommendation. The hotel is not bad, all in all, but seems a bit "tired". The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! We will probably...
