We found ants in bathroom and other parts of room. When checking out, we told them about this with barely an apology, since they were talking on phone at same time. The couple behind us checking out told us they also had same problem with ants

was in one of the 'suites' (not a suite at all) on the second floor and had bites all over me. Saw a bed bug in the bathroom. Not worth it, there are nicer hotels in Joliet for the same price or cheaper

Settled in room found ants in the bathtub, bed was lumpy, very noisy. nighttime clerk offered to come spray or move us to a smoking room, I have asthma and could not do either one. the morning clerk offered no help. he was poorly dressed and groomed and had spots on his shirt.
