Good physical plant but the staff is slow and inept and not well trained. Very expensive for such a small town. The hotel staff seems more concerned about their rule book and less about providing excellent customer service.

Had a king studio which was very clean and nicely apportioned, though I was surprised there was no microwave or mini fridge. Wireless internet worked fine. This Hampton is an older hotel. Internet is very in and out. Sometimes it was quick others it was very slow. wow, what a nice hotel. but the staff is inept. they don't understand good customer service. maybe it was their computer systems....but their ability to confirm and change reservations was less than adequate. nice facility, beautiful hotel...but staff needs some training on making the customer feel appreciated.

If you have never been to this little town, this truly is the best offering for overnight stays. The room was neat, clean and prestine. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings and were all very good. Popcorn is served in the late afternoon. Everything was top notch! This is the place I will stay when I return!!

If you need a business hotel, this is the one for you. Their business center is complimentary, including receiving faxes. There is ample desk space in the room and there is free wireless internet. The hot breakfasts are great, too. Plus, who can say anything negative about the Hampton bed!?! I highly recommend this hotel.
