I was in the area for a class reunion. I was here 5 years ago for the same purpose and stayed here then, as well. I found the rooms excellent, the breakfast more than ample and the staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. It's an extremely comfortable to stay there, but the real shining stars are the staff. I stay in Naperville fairly often for work, and the staff have come to recognize me and even greet me by name. That's more than enough to keep me coming back..

Stayed here in April 2012 for one night. Overall, a nice enough room with very good customer service.
Pluses:
-very expansive lobby with comfortable chairs. Many books around to read and peruse. Also a fireplace (though I don't think it was lit in April). They also offer a bar on some days of the week.
-Good customer service.
