We spent 2 weeks in Nauvoo in July. We researched this hotel on the web before booking it and knew what is was and was not. Our criteria were a quiet, clean, affordable place with kitchen facilities at our disposal. We found exactly what we were looking for and expecting. I'm not sure what happened with the experience that the reviewer from Northern CA had. But we had a great experience! Okay, so there was no host to greet us, but we didn't expect that and it was fine. The key was left for us in the mailbox as was explained to us, along with a note with our room... More
